Brazil Opal will not be responsible for lost items. We recommend all items to be insured. A $3.00 shipping charge will be added to all orders shipped uninsured within the US. Insurance is required at an additional cost if the purchase exceeds $100.00. Insurance is an additional $3.00 for the first $100.00 and $1.00 per hundred for additional insurance in $100.00 increments. The prices stated above reflect our time involved with going to the post office to insure your item. Multiple items may be combined for shipping.

RETURN POLICY:

Sowle.com offers a 10 day 100% return policy on all items in there original condition. If you wish to exchange an item, a full credit will be applied towards your new purchase. Auction items will have a 10% administration restocking fee. If you prefer credit we will credit any auction 100%.
